Mr. Osman Akin after graduating from Saint-Michel French High School he attended Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Following his graduation in 1977 he started working as assistant professor at Istanbul University teaching labor law. After that he went to Paris Sorbonne University where he finished his Ph.D. in Labor Law. He then went to United States Washington D.C. to attend the master program on Business Relations and Business Administration. During his stay in Washington D.C. he participated to various business and law seminars. He started working as the General Coordinator of Hergüner, Bilgen, Özeke Law Firm and founded Akin + Aksakoglu Law Firm. He obtained the title of law doctor with his thesis “Suspending Employement Agreement in Individual and Collective Labor Law” and acted as the employer’s representative in various collective agreements. He rendered law consultancy services to different people and companies on the field of corporate and labor law. He also offered consultancy services to different clients in Corporate and Civil Law. He also worked on Corporate Law mainly, mergers and acquisitions and share transfers. Dr. Osman Akın speaks fluent French and English and he is a member of Istanbul Rotary Club, 1907 Fenerbahçe Association and Istanbul Law Faculty Graduates Association. He is also a member of Istanbul Bar Association.

Mr. Evren Aksakoglu has received his LL.B. at the Dokuz Eylül Law University in 1988. He worked as a lawyer in Izmir between the years 1991-2000. During these 9 years apart from being a legal advisor he specialized especially in the fields of administration, tax, civil law consisting of real-estate and heritage. He thought Marine Law for 7 years at Dokuz Eylül University Institute of Marine Sciences. He offered due diligence works in the framework of various companies’ public offering and mergers-acquisitions. Mr. Aksakoglu also prepared different legal opinions especially on energy, tobacco-alcohol, and sugar market legislation.He acted as the legal advisor for the subject matters on electricity legislation and as company lawyer to solve the disputes. He has a vast knowledge especially on administration, tax law, and business law, build-operate and transfer agreements. He is also experienced on Competition Law as he prepared many applications and legal opinions on exemption application and competition – misuse of ruling conditions. He acted as the exclusive consultant on Natural Gas Law Numbered 4646 and secondary legislation, administration, tax law and related consultancy services due to his significant works on the field of Energy Law. Due to the companies he worked as legal advisor and lawyer he prepared various service, logistics, orders, confidentiality, quality, know-how, sale on consignment, sales, purchasing and other agreements and analyzed already prepared ones.
